TOFU & QUINOA SALAD 

What you need, what what you need:  

  • 1/2 c cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers (we like to make shit pretty so we use all colors)
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 block of Trader Joe’s Organic Marinated Savory Tofu (cubed) 
  • garlic
  • onion


What to do:

Saute garlic & onion in a tbs. of EVOO, add bell peppers and cook until soft, add spinach until wilted, add tofu until toasty, and mix in ready made quinoa. Make that ish sparkle however you like. D-O-N-E.

Don’t have these ingredients in su casa?? No worries, this mix can be done with almost anything and everything your little #beezybody heart desires. Sub lean protein for tofu or other veggies you have left over in the fridge.
