SIMPLY GRILLED TOFU SALAD
We looovvveeeee tofu. It’s super high in protein and we promise it actually taste
real real good if you grill it up. This is what we had for lunch today:
- 2 cups Spring Mix
- 6 Farmers’ Market Cherry Tomatoes
- Handful Trader Joe’s Unsalted Dry Toasted Sliced Almonds
- 1 cube Grilled Tofu (Savory/Teriyaki)
- Capful Balsamic Vinegar
- Capful EVOO
Grill tofu on stove top grill pan (approx. 2 min each side). Cut tofu into strips or cube.
Toss that ish up.
